"First and Worst Investment ever with MoneyTree! My hard earned money got stuck in a useless investment in Goa FOIC. They promised 8% rental on quarterly basis as well as assured capital appreciation. Till the date I've not even received my investment proof nor I'm getting the assured rental payouts in time. No one is interested in picking my calls or resolving my issues. Do not believe any person from Money tree. They just sell the useless projects and make their commission just like any local broker. One star is the minimum rating otherwise I would've given minus rating to these frauds. These people are not the ones to trust your hard earned money with. DO NOT TRUST MONEYTREE."

"Had a horrible experience with Money Tree Services. Their executive, Sumit Mittal, pushed me to invest in the Jacob & Co project. After a brief 20-minute meeting, I was put under immense pressure to pay a ₹50,000 “token amount”. I was clearly told that this amount was only to block interest and that I would have time to decide whether to proceed. After careful consideration, I decided not to move forward with the project. Since then, I have been chasing Sumit Mittal and his team repeatedly, but there has been zero response. Calls and follow-ups are ignored, and there is no accountability once the money is taken. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and raises serious trust concerns. Would not recommend anyone to take their services."
